Practising What I Preach
Outside the clinic, I maintain an active training routine with calisthenics, gymnastic rings, bars, and parallettes. I’m currently on a mission to reclaim the handstand I left behind in the 90s. This personal commitment to functional strength training reinforces what I tell my clients every day — building practical, sustainable strength is achievable at any stage of life.
